- PREMIUM SITES are Approx. 30 feet wide on the 2nd Level of the Park. "MOTORHOMES ONLY"
Full Hook up Ocean View back in Sites.(Sites B-W)
- ARE PETS ALLOWED? Our tent area is pet free. Pets are only permitted in the RV area. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per RV site (including visitors with pets) at a fee of $3 per dog per night. Breed restrictions apply to mixed breeds and aggressive dogs and include the following Akita, American Bulldog, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull and Rottweiler. Pets must be leashed and use pet walks in the park. LA county does not permit pets on the beach.
- DO YOU HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES? Rates listed are before a 12% Occupancy Tax and are for 1 or 2 persons, 1 RV and 1 vehicle. Additional people (over age 5) carry a nightly fee of $5 per person. Additional vehicles (cars, boats, trailers, dollies) carry a daily/nightly fee of $10 per vehicle. Motorcycles carry a daily/nightly fee of $5. See "pet policy" for charges and pet rules.
- HOW LONG CAN I STAY? Malibu Beach RV Park is a vacation destination. For tent camping, guests may stay 14 nights in a calendar year. The maximum stay for a RV site is 30 nights in a Full hook up site during the off peak season. Peak season the maximum stay is 4 weeks (28 nights). The maximum stay in a Water/Electricity site is 14 nights. After a maximum RV stay, the guest must depart the park for 7 nights. This may be done 3 times in a year. Subletting is not permited in the campground.
- CAN I SLEEP IN MY VEHICLE? No you must have a tent to sleep in the tent area. We do not allow anyone to sleep in their vehicles. You can only sleep in a Recreational Vehicle that has Water & Electricity hook ups.

- CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICY-We have a 72 hour cancellation policy, you must cancel or modify your reservation 3 days prior to your check in time (1:00pm), or you will forfeit your deposit. A $20.00 cancellation/date modification fee is applicable to all reservations.Once checked in "NO REFUNDS"
- WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT TENT CAMPING? There is a tent camping area on the third level, seperate from the RV sites and is a walk-in camping area. Tents are not allowed on RV sites. Rates listed are before a 12% Occupancy Tax and are for 1 or 2 persons, 1 or 2 tents and 1 vehicle. A maximum of 4 people and 2 tents are allowed per site. The tent and tent parking are pet free areas. Your site comes with a picnic table and barbeque grill. As wood fires are not permitted in Malibu, you can burn charcoal or propane.
Tent camping reservations must be checked in before 10pm.

- DO YOU HAVE EXTRA CHARGES FOR THE HOLIDAYS?
Holiday rates are accessed per night included in the holiday as determined by the park. Nights included in the holiday are mandatory stays in which the guest must pay for all nights.
- CAN I PICK MY SITE?
We will try our best to accommodate any requests, but only the type of site can be guaranteed.
- CAN I PAY FOR ANOTHER RESERVATION? The Park policy requires the name on the credit card to match the name on the reservation. This person must be over the age of 21, staying in the RV and check in for the reservation with valid ID.
- WHEN CAN I CHECK IN?
Check in time begins at 1:00pm. Early arrivals can park along the Pacific Coast Hwy. prior to 1pm.
- GROUP CAMPING? Group camping is available for RV's and must be booked through a Group Reservations Specialist or Management. For more information, please have the wagon master or group leader call

- HOW DO I CHECK AVAILABILITY? Availability can be obtained by calling the office at 1-800-622-6052.
- YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT A TENT SITE.MAX STAY IN TENT SITES IS 14 DAYS PER CALENDAR YEAR.
- WHEN MUST I CHECK OUT?
Check out time is 12:00pm. The park does not offer any late checkouts. For guests looking to spend more time in the Los Angeles Area, we recommend parking alongside Pacific Coast Highway.

- Thanksgiving Weekend (November 22, 23 & 24 2012) 3 day stay - + $20.00 per night ($10.00 for tent sites)
- New Years Eve (December 31, 2012 & January 1, 2013) 2 day stay - + $40.00 per night ($10.00 for tent sites)
- Christmas (December 25 2012) - + $20.00 per night ($10.00 for tent sites)
